Picture day is September 27, 2025

PICTURE DAY is September 27, 2025.
Please note, this year pictures will be taken in a new location. The picture day set up will
be in the back field area adjacent to parking lot E. There will be signs directing the parents to the
area. Coaches just received the schedule for picture day so please contact your child's coach directly or wait
for the coach to give you instructions.

To help the day go smoothly it’s important to do the following:

1. Register your player before Picture Day by scanning attached
handout for instructions and QR code
2. Have your team’s name or division/group ready when registering (e.g., U10B-10
Sharknado). Please ask your child's coach.
3. The day of pictures, Please arrive 10-15mins before your scheduled slot, arriving late
can cause delays in taking pictures and impact game times. Remember to register players before
picture day.

Each player receives a free league picture package (note: $3.95 shipping fee applies). You can
also add up to six family or friends to receive and order photos of your AYSO player.
Make-up Picture Day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025 for any players who miss
the original date. Please note that team photos cannot be taken on make-up day due to limited
time.
