The Doug Johnston Tournament is our annual end of the season event for the U10, U12 and U14 Divisions.  The tournament is in honor of Doug Johnston who was a dedicated volunteer and instrumental in the development of the Apricot Jam Soccer Tournament, which is our annual fundraiser.

This year it will be held over two consecutive days:
Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd.

The tournament will feature a single elimination format.
The games will be played using regulation game times.
If a game is tied at the end of regulation for all games the winner will be decided by penalty kicks.
For the final games on Sunday, if a game is tied there will be two additional periods of 5 minutes each.
If the game is still tied after the additional periods are played.  Then the winner will be decided by penalty kicks.  

*This end of the season tournament was created for the teams that do not qualify to move on to the Area E's League Championship, with the exception this year of the Winner and Runner-Up of the Doug Johnston Tournament for the U10 Divisions.
In the U10 Divisions, the Winner and Runner-Up of the Doug Johnston Tournament will also be entered into the Area E's League Championships (subject to Referee Points and Regional Commissioner's approval).
